چکیده
The basement of eastern Mexico comprises Grenvillian-age granulite-facies metamorphic rocks. Oaxacan Complex represents the largest outcrop belt this in Mexico. In work, southwestern garnets are studied from a petrographical, geochemical, and geothermobarometrical perspective for first time. display different grain sizes nucleated polyphase evolution. almandine end member proportion is similar all lithotypes. highest pyrope concentrations found Qz Fsp paragenesis ultramafic rocks lowest amphibolite. grossular spessartine amphibolite lithotype. Both highand medium-pressure granulites have been found as because of the absence of modal minerals. The combination of petrographic textures, mineral compositions, metamorphic reaction enclaves and boudins in tonalitic–trondhjemitic–granodioritic gneisses in the Hengshan Complex. Mineralogy, Geochemistry and Thermobarometry of Gneisses from Soltanabad Metamorphic Complex (NE Sabzevar)
Soltanabad metamorphic complex cropped out in the ophiolitic range of NE Sabzevar. There is a distinct gneissic body exposed in this complex which is associated with metabasite, serpentinite and adakitic intrusions. Quartz, albite, epidote, amphibole, garnet and chlorite are the rock forming minerals of gneissic samples. Based on abundances of light and dark minerals, different types of felsic,...

The Kahnuj ophiolitic complex, a part of the Jazmurian ophiolitic belt, is located on the western boundary of the Jazmurian depression and is bounded by two major fault systems. There is a well-preserved, ophiolite pseudostratigraphy of early Cretaceous to early Palaeocene age and has a bearing on the Mesozoic development of southeastern part of Iran and adjacent region. The Kahnuj ophiolitic c...

Geysour area, east of Gonabad, is a part of the northern Lut block. The rocks in this area include granitoid and a series of metamorphic rocks. In metapelitic rocks, the presence of S1 schistosity and the mineral chloritoid are indicative of regional metamorphism. The presence of random textural evidence in minerals such as andalusite, staurolite, muscovite and post-tectonic garnet and silimani...
